    Historical data replay missing my downloaded data

    Hello, and thank you for your time.

    I recently updated the software to the newest version 8.0.22.2. I then downloaded historical data from 01/01/2019 to current day. when I disconnect from Forex.com to Playback Connection and use the historical data option, I only get 3 months out of the 18 that I have just downloaded.

    Hello Nothing323,

    In order to use historical data for replay Tick data is required as oppose to Minute data. After downloading Tick data please restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you can replay data successfully.

      Thank you Christopher.
      I have deleted the previous data set, and reinstalled only with tick data. the first time downloading the data range I did have tick data selected as well as minute and day. sadly this does not seem to have fixed the issue. the pop up text informing to go to the help page pointed me to exactly what you said.

        Within your Playback controller window can you confirm you have "Historical" enabled as opposed to "Market Replay" and let me know if you can then replay data successfully.

            So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

                When downloading historical Tick data are you downloading Last data as well? If not can you please download Last Tick data then restart NinjaTrader. Also when testing can you open a chart using Last as opposed to Ask and let me know if the issue persists.
