Free Live Data not working

Hello everyone, I'll be brief. The live data is set up after introduction. I get a green dot that shows that I am connected (NinjaTrader Continuum). BUT: The chart does not update (ES 09-20). Can someone help. I would like to switch from Sierra Chart to NT 8, only if it doesn't work it doesn't make sense. Thanks for any help!

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
