Charts not updating with live data or not showing any data at all

Hi, for some reason when I open a chart, it loads the historical data, but then stays there, static, not updating with live market data. I have checked and I am connected to Continuum. In the log I get the following message:
Failed to resolve instrument for market data: FDXMU20 is not enabled for real-time quotes and trading.
Sometimes no data will appear at all:
Failed to resolve instrument for market data: X.US.DAX could not be resolved.
I have tried reinstalling, disconnecting and reconnecting, and I am running the latest version of ninja trader 8.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello oscar1234,

    Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2612750" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I look forward to your reply.

        Hello jptri,

        Thank you for the post.

Many US Futures settled this morning, which resulted in the prior contract (06-20) no longer being active.

Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:
        • Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
        • Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
        • Close this window when this process completes.

You can learn more about the different ways to rollover by visiting the link below:
To view contract rollover, expiry dates, and other trading events click the link below.
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.
