DATA not loading Properly when I rolled over Contract

Hello, I'm having a issue with my platform, I want to load all the data from a year ago but my ninja trader only loads from march until today and the data from march is not even complete is full with gaps, I notice that whenever I roll over contracts I loose access to the data from the previous contract and get something like in the picture I've attached. I'm unable to load more previous data.

Thanks for posting.

To do this, you would want to merge data from prior ES contracts by going to Control Center > Tools > Options > Market data and setting Global merge policy to 'Merge back adjusted'. I've provided a link below with more information:
