Live data allowance reset

Hi,
I would like to know how to reset data trail allowance.
When I reinstalled my Ninjatrader8 and tried to log into ninja continuum demo it failed.
Then I tried to register on ninjatrader.com for new live data I recieved an email that said:

Thank you for your interest in a free real-time futures data trial.

Data trials are limited and you have exceeded your allowance. Please contact your broker if you have any questions.

This is a system generated message, so any replies will not be received.

So what am I supposed to do now?
Should I create a new email and register with it or what?

Thank you for your note.

This message comes from CQG and there is no way to workaround the limit as they handle all the demo accounts. Please note that the exchange has limited demo requests to one every 365 days. If you have exceeded this limit you will not be able to receive login credentials again until the time has passed.

There are two ways to receive ongoing market data for the NinjaTrader platform:

1) The cheapest solution for live market data would be to open an account with a supported broker. For example, funding an account with NinjaTrader Brokerage will provide ongoing market data access through CQG/Continuum.

2) You can subscribe to an independent market data vendor like Kinetick. This will provide real-time and historical market data on a monthly subscription basis, without requiring you to open a brokerage account.

Futures demos last for 14 days and are limited to one per individual per 365 days. If you are unable to request a demo, to receive data in NinjaTrader you will need to connect to an account with a supported data provider or brokerage.
