Alerts sounds do not stop!

Hello!
I have created few alerts for some instruments by right-clicking on charts and going Alerts -> Set a Condition -> When the condition is true; it plays a sound.

Now, for some reason, the alerts are being sounded even if I remove them from the Alerts conditions.
These "stubborn" alerts do not show up in the Alerts Log and I do not know how to stop them.
Is there any way to fix this?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I just noticed that the alerts are playing even if the chart is closed.

I sent the required files to the email.
