Hi I opened nt8 today and I can’t load any charts, just returns a blank chart. I use interactive brokers gateway for a connection, right now the IB gateway tells has “historical data farm” highlighted in yellow status is inactive: ushmds, any directions on this issue will be much appreciated

Thank you for your note.
In order to resolve this, I recommend using the TWS instead of IB Gateway and make sure you are using the version recommended in the IB connections guide bellow.
