Chart Screens Not Loading

Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that chart screens with tools that require TICK REPLAY don't load, don't fully load or take forever to load. Sometimes if I reload Hist. Data or Reload the Script I can wake the page up. I'm not sure what's happening - Is it NT8 or the Tool or both. My system is pretty robust and I only run NT on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This could have a variety of issues, as such, we'd like to take a closer look at the trace and log files first.

As these files can contain personal information, my suggestion would be to send this information to us through the platform directly.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: "2606066 - ATTN Manfred", this will ensure I receive the files without delay.
