Live data not refreshing by itself

I have just started using my license to do live-time trading but the charts are not refreshing by itself. When I go back to the demo account, it works fine. I tried to place a bid just to see what would happen and an error pops up saying, "you can't have a zero limit price." I already had my account with dorman trading all set up and have money in the account.

Based on the symptoms as you describe them, I suspect your live account is not enabled for real-time data. Please contact your broker to confirm your real-time data subscriptions.

Hi I have just started using my live license today too and Im having the same problem with the charts, can somebody tell me what could be happening please?

Your license key does not affect your ability to receive live data. I'd recommend confirming with your data provider what real-time data you're currently subscribed to.
