Connection problems

Hello,

I am using Ninjatrader 8.0.22.1 64 bit.
The last days often I didn't get a connection to my live account. I get the green dot, but no green in the Sim account and the live account doesn't show up at all.
Sometimes it helps just to restart Ninjatrader, sometimes not.
This is annoying.

How can I fix that?

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What are the first 4 characters of your NinjaTrader license Key? DO NOT post the full license key in a public location like our forums. You will find this under Help -> License Key
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

8148 are the first 4 characters.

There is no error on the screen. It just freezes like the initial screenshot shows.

I add a screenshot of the Log. Seems like the connection to the data server doesn't work.
The session break is me, killing the Ninjatrader process.
