Help with Horizontal Lines

Hi, I cannot figure how to put horizontal lines on the primary data series (panel #1).
The other panels below the primary are variable via the right scale menu and Properties menu.
FWIW, I've even tried a work-around by loading third party code to draw them and that doesn't work either, even though the same code is working on other charts.
I'm hoping that it's just an oversight on my part.

Horizontal grid line setttings may be adjusted by right-clicking on the price scale and going to Properties: http://prntscr.com/sz4hsf
