Unable to Scroll

I have one chart that I'm not able to scroll. I hold down the CTRL key in the margin and nothing happens.
I'd like to avoid resetting up this entire chart and potentially running into the same problem. I did set it up the same as my other charts (that have no problem scrolling).
I'm including a screen shot as I have noticed that the top left corner on the chart looks a bit different from my others; my other charts have parameters with the indicators.

Hi gcapko, thanks for your questions.

Is there a scroll bar at the bottom of the chart? If there is then you should be able to scroll by dragging that, dragging on the chart, or using the scroll wheel. If the chart is fully expanded on the time axis then you will not be able to scroll.

Sorry - I should have been more specific: I am not able to scroll on the vertical axis without changing the scale of the chart. Usually this is accomplished by holding CTRL + left clicking on the price axis. This is not working on this one chart.

Can you do it without any indicators applied to the chart? Try restarting your PC as well.

Hi Chris - Restarting my PC does not fix it.
I only have one indicator on the chart (Volume Profile) and removing it doesn't fix it either.

Could you try setting up a new chart? What about on a new workspace?
