Can't place both a sell stop order and a buy stop order at the same time

Using chart trader when I hav placed a buy stop order and the attempt to place a sell stop order on the same chart it will not let me place the sell stop order and I get this message "You can't submit an order to a strategy until any of its entry orders has been filled" I have an ATM running with 4 tick target and 10 tick stop. Thank you for your post.

I suspect that this may have to do with your ATM Strategy configuration.

If you look at the ATM Strategy menu in your Chart Trader, do you see a lightning bolt next to your ATM Strategy's name?

If so, please use the ATM Strategy drop-down menu to select the original strategy (without the lightning bolt) and try to place an order again.
