How to change/display Canadian instead of US version of a ticker

Hi, I own TD on TSX but in Ninjatrader, the chart and the P&L calculations and such are off of the TD in NYSE. How can I edit the Instrument so that I can view the TD chart with TSX data and TSX P&L calculations? I am using NT8. Thank you!

To clarify, you're referring to Toronto-Dominion Bank? If not, could you elaborate specifically on what stock you're trying to view within NinjaTrader?

Hi Patrick,

Yes Toronto-Dominion Bank. When I use that tool you provided, it only shows the NYSE version, whose ticker is TD. But actually TD is listed in both NYSE and TSX. My Ninjatrader thing is picking up TD as the NYSE and pulling the NYSE chart when I want it to pull the TSX one.

I suspect you need to switch the exchange (and perhaps currency) for the TD instrument in your NinjaTrader database. Follow these steps:

• Disconnect from data
• Change any windows viewing TD NYSE to a different instrument
• Control Center > Tools > Instruments
• Find and double-left click on the TD instrument
  • Change the 'Currency' to 'Canadian Dollar'
