No chart for Tick Replay

Dear Sir

When I clieck on new chart and like 5 mins chart and tick Tick Replay then the chart can only show the recent bars since I opened the chart but no historical.

I have tried to download the tick data by Tools->Historical Data->Market Replay but the chart is still the same.

Please help to solve this problem. I am using IB as data provider.

Thank you for your note.

Interactive Brokers does not provide historical tick data into the NinjaTrader platform, only real time tick data can be obtained with this connection. In order to load historical tick data, you'll either have to have obtained it from your stored real time data or use another data source that provides this data type.

I am seeking for a data provider which can provide tick replay and tick data for Hong Kong Futures Exchange and Hang Seng Index futures.
Do you have any ideas?

If you are looking for only a data provider, Kinetick may be a good option to go with.

I have reply from Kinetick which says it dun provide Hong Kong Exchange.
Also I sent email to CQG and they replied that I need to ask Ninjatrader about this issue.
Please let me know if have alternative options. Thanks

eSignal may be able to provide market data for the Hong Kong Exchange.

If you want to place live trades from NinjaTrader, then Interactive Brokers will be your best option as a broker/data provider.
