chart information missing

    chart information missing

    I am having an issue with the datafeed and I don't know why.

    I have tried to repair db, deleted the minute day tick chart and also change settings to default 24/7. I tried to reload historical data and nothing seems to work

    • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.X)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-18, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      8.0.14.1 64-bit is the version.


      I am using CME sim data but Usually I use Rithmetic

      It was displaying earlier, I refreshed and it all went squirrly. I need the data for testing the indicators.

      The picture below is now a 4 range chart.

          I see that you're using an older and unsupported version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below.
          • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
          • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
          • Enter your license key and press Submit
          • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
          • Select 'Download'
          • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

          What do you mean exactly when you say "CME sim data"? Does this mean you're connected to the 'Simulated data feed'? Does the issue persist if you connect to the Rithmic connection you refer to?
