Chart not showing the latest daily information

Dear support,
I have NT version 8.0.21.0 64-bit and when I create a daily chart it doesn't show me the most up-to-date information. Instead it shows me the one from 2 days ago. This is the chart I'm getting for the stock BANR (today June 6th). There you can see that the last information it shows is from June 3rd and it should be from Friday June 5th. This happens with all the stocks using any connection i.e. Ameritrade or Kinetik end of day.

Glad to assist. First, please verify the chart End Date is set to today (right click on the chart > Data Series > End Date). If already set, please restart > Connect > right click on the chart > select Reload All Historical data.

I also see an older version is in use. Please update at your convenience using the steps below steps.

• First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submitre
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
