FSMI data

I have eurex data but fsmi charts are blank. Just wondering the reasoning behind this.

Who is your broker or data provider?

Have you ensured with your broker or data provider that the FSMI future is available?

What expiry contract month are you loading?

Dorman through Ninja, data with CQG, expiry month 12-18. When I log onto the CQG platform I can get the chart but when I log on ninja it is blank.

I'm not showing that the FSMI future is available with the NinjaTrader Brokerage.

Please send an email to brokeragesupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and inquire if the FSMI future is available and if you are subscribed to this instrument with your account.

SMI Futures (FSMI) is not available for trading with NinjaTrader Brokerage.
