chart vs historical data issue for futures

Hello. I have an issue that arises from time to time where my chart displays prices that are way off market (e.g. by 50%), typically for futures prices on the most recent Sunday evenings (overnight session prior to Monday open). However, if I check in the Historical Data, I see the correct values, so it's not even clear to me where these erroneous price points are coming from. Also, at some point it seems to correct itself, though I can't figure out the timing of that either. Usually if I close the chart, and then reopen, I get the same erroneous data, and then at some point it seems to fix itself. Any idea what's causing this, or how I can get the chart to display the (correct) data that I see in the Historical Data section?

I've attached an example showing a chart with the bad price points, along with the Historical Data section that shows correct prices.

In case it's relevant, my data provider is IB.

Thank you for your note.

I recommend clearing your cache to resolve this issue.

To delete the cache, follow the steps below.

• Shut down NinjaTrader.
• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
• Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
• Restart NinjaTrader and test.
