Changing The Color Of The Box - Ruler

Hello,


Just reinstalled Windows and NT8 (what a drag). Anyway there use to be a way to change the color of the box around the text regarding the ruler. I see I can still change the color of the anchor line and text color but the box color has gone missing. Something I have set wrong?

I do not see that 'text box color' has ever been a setting that can be changed on the Ruler drawing tool. Would you like for me to submit this to the Development team as a feature request?

I haven't had to do a new install of NT8 for sometime so after having to do that I noticed the ruler thing. In NT7 the anchor line included the box around the text. No big deal.
