Decrease/Increase Last Order Price Hot Key

Will the hot key action for *Decrease Last Order Price or *Increase last Order Price change an order already placed?
I assigned a hot key back cant seem to make my order adjust using either command.

Thank you for your post.

This would only affect pending orders. These options will decrease or increase the price of the last submitted pending order by one tick. Here is the Trading with Hot Keys Help Guide to explain all of the pre-defined Hot Keys and their functions.

From reading the help guide, a stop or target order generated by an ATM Strategy would not work with this hot key. Is there any way to adjust an order that was generated with and ATM strategy with a hot key?
