Hi,
I can login to my account on the UK CityIndex website and view charts and watchlists etc..
However, if I try to connect using Ninjatrader 8, I’m getting an error:

CityIndex: An account assigned to this login is not a Ninjatrader account.

I followed the instructions given at:

I have used the FOREX.com data adapter in Ninjatradwer 8 and entered the details that were given to me.
I even tried them on your website and they work fine but just not using Ninjatrader.
Any ideas please?

Based on the symptoms you're describing, I suspect your CityIndex account is not enabled for use with NinjaTrader. Please contact CityIndex and clarify that you'd like to use your account in the NinjaTrader platform and what adjustments to your account may be required to facilitate that.
