Candlestick / Layout Problem

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem with my layout which I can't solve. Every time I switch between intervalls the chart reverts back to hollow candlesticks but won't keep my Default Template on - no matter what I do it keeps doing this. What can I do to solve this?

Hello treadstone144,

When this occurs please use the steps below to set a preset for that interval type.

• Right click in your chart->Data Series
• Change your candlestick colors to the desired settings
• Click Apply
• Click preset
• Click save
• Click Ok

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

The issue still is there unfortunately...

After making your changes in the Data Series click Apply->Right click within the Chart style section in Data Series window and select "Set Preset For "Candlestick" Chart Style" and let me know if the settings remain when toggling between intervals.
