Daily Range indicator

In version 7 you have the ability to add the daily range to the market analyser:

There is no such option in NT8. Or is there?

I dont want averages. Just the current daily range since the start of the session.

Please clarify - do the settings provided in post #8 (with the addition of changing 'calculate' to 'On price change') not provide you with what you're looking for? If so, could you elaborate further on what value it is that you're looking for?

I dont have the range indicator to add to the column. It does not exist in the list of options available.

I want something to show the range (high of the day - the low of the day) of a particular session.
So, if we are currently in the US session then I want to see the range of trade since open.

A range column does not exist. You must add an Indicator column the select 'Range' as the indicator:

How do I get it to show for each session ? Ie I am in the UK and want to see the change from 08:00 - 14:30 and then from 14:30 - 21:00.

Daily data cannot be subdivided into different periods of time. Your data provider chooses when the start and end time of the daily bar will be, but it's typically ETH.

Minute data can be manipulated with your desired hours. You may find that using 1440 minute then choosing the relevant 'Trading hours' works for you:
