NT8 and Oanda: What is the smallest lot possible? Micro lot? Nano lot? Does anyone know? As you can see from the chat box, Oanda support doesn't know either.

In most cases, the smallest contract size for trading forex is one micro lot.

NinjaTrader wouldn't restrict any ability to trade any specified number of trades, this would be dependent on your specific brokerage account. I'll leave this thread open for any users who may be trading a smaller lot size than that.

Marco, Thanks for the prompt reply. So on NT8 the order for 1 micro lot we will need to enter 1000 units of currency, right?

Oanda lets you trade as little as 1 unit, e.g. $1, or 0.00001 lot
