Stock Splits Are Not Downloaded

So I am following the tips provided in a prior thread but the recent splits on the UVXY and SVXY are not being downloaded. In fact there are no splits shown in the splits panel for either of those two instruments and when I press the update button in either nothing happens.

Is your pertinent db current or am I missing something?

Anyway, for the UVXY I actually added the splits manually, which is a PITA as there were nine of them. Then I relaunched the platform and now the 'update' button is grayed out:



AGAIN, enable splits is checked for both intra-day and daily data.



This should just be working without users having to jump through hoops. Such a basic feature but Ninja8 disappoints.

Only IQFeed and Kinetick provide information on their servers to update the split or dividend information for equities. The Update Splits & Dividends menu item is only enabled when you are connected to one of those providers:

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
