All volumetric bars are not loading.

Hey guys I just got a full time license. When I load my volumetric bar charts not all the data loads (i.e. I'm missing bars for a few hours of trading), but the data loads on a normal minute candlestick chart. What am I doing wrong and how can I get it all to load? You can see the difference in a 5 minute chart of ES in the picture. On the volumetric I'm showing no data from 19:55 to 23:00 but it shows up on the candlestick chart. Thanks!

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2574678" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
