Dear Support,


Yesterday I registered for a NinjaTrader Demo to try out the platform for the first time. I was able to download the platform but I don´t receive the email with my username and password from Continuum/CQG. Today I register again with the same info’s and this time I receive an email form CQG with “Demo Allowance Exceeded” How is this possible I even never launched the program and never before apply for an account.


Please tell me what to do? Thanks for your time,

Futures demo account credentials are sent directly from [email protected]. Please check your junk or spam folders for a message from that email address. The email typically takes about 15 minutes to arrive.

I checked several time'smy spam folder, their message is not inside.
