Folder for chart strategies

Hi everybody,

I deleted some of my strategies from the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Strategies folder. However, if I click into the chart and select strategies I can still find them under Available.
Where are the chart strategies stored so I can delete them?

Thanks for your post.


There are two methods of removing a strategy depending on whether this strategy is part of an assembly or not.

You can delete strategies that are not part of an assembly by:

• Click Tools -> Edit NinjaScript -> Strategy...
• Scroll to and select the strategy by name -> click the Delete button
• Click Cancel to close the window

For strategies that are part of an assembly:

• Click File -> Utilities -> Remove NinjaScript Assembly
• Select the assembly the strategy is part of -> click the Remove button
