Can I draw curved lines on charts with NT 8?

I use NT 7. I would like to be able to draw curved lines on my chart... in the same way one can use the "paint" feature in Windows 10, for example. In other words, I want to draw free-style instead of just straight lines. Does NT 8 have this type of capability? I don't know if any platform has such a capability.

The Polygon drawing tool is included in NinjaTrader 8 but not in NinjaTrader 7.
