Calculate price difference value based on instrument tick price

Hi, I am looking for a method to show the price difference based on the instrument tick price between two line points. Example, I draw a line from the entry price of a trade and my exit, several bars away. I would have thought it would be one of the standard drawing tools/lines, but I am not seeing it. If I got in a GC trade at 1727.4 and exited at 1731.9, and drew a line from those points, i would like the $ difference based on the tick value of the instrument (GC) and if possible the number of ticks?

Thanks for your post.

What you are describing sounds like it can be accomplished with the Ruler Drawing Tool. You can change the tool's properties by double clicking on it and changing the Y display unit to the desired output, and save this as the default for the Ruler tool.
