Regarding the CQG mobile app, I wanted to know if the additional cost of $0.25 in commission only applies when I take a live trade from my phone using the app. I just want the mobile app as a backup in case my pc shuts down for whatever reason so I can still have access to my account via phone and close out a position in an emergency. So how does this work do I have to have the desktop version to be able to use the mobile app? Or are these stand alone applications? Will I still be able to trade from my regular account on my pc with the lower commissions as log as I dont use the mobile app ? Thanks
