Can someone tell me where I can get these types of candles?

I think these come from a custom ChartStyle. It is simply a matter of coloring the candle body with a linear gradient. I don't think you'll find these anywhere on the forum. You'll need to build them.

I believe that Zeos6 is correct that this will likely be a custom chart style, although I am not sure where from. I did post an NT8 sample a while back on how to do a simple color gradient, but it is not quite like your screenshot.
