help setting up email alerts

User name	Sets the server user name
Password	Sets the server password

I'm trying to set up a share service so that i can send emails to myself from Chart Alerts.

From the NT documentation, I don't understand what I should put in 'User name' and 'Password'. Is this my NT trading login? Is it my gmail login & password?

I've tried both, and am getting errors in the logfile, and no email is received.

I've tried using a yahoo account and a gmail account.
