Hello madhouse,
Thank you for your post.
Please troubleshoot by starting with a new, blank workspace. To start with a blank workspace, please take the following steps to force NinjaTrader to start without your saved workspace. You will have the option to reopen these after our tests.- Shut down NinjaTrader
- Navigate to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\workspaces
- Cut and paste all the files within this folder onto your desktop
- Restart NinjaTrader which should startup without any workspaces.
- Once NinjaTrader has started on just the control center, please connect to the Playback connection and test for the issue.
Please let us know if you continue to see the same behavior.

Thank you for your post.
The behavior you are experiencing is due to data servers undergoing maintenance at this time. Maintenance will be finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.
