    Chart Data not loading

    Hi,

    My charts will not display candlestick data beyond yesterdays date..
    No candle sticks.
    Tick counter not working.
    But the Bid/Ask data on the Chart Trader panel to the side is still operating.

    I have NT8 64bit
    Chart is ES 06-20

    I have been emailing the support team to try fix this problem and have done the following to attempt at repairing:

    - Cleared the cache
    - SuperDOM tested, is working OK
    - Reset Instruments in the Database Management section
    - Reset the database
    - Started NT in Safe Mode, tried loading charts

    None of these attempts has fixed the problem.

    Any ideals on what I could try ?

    Bump as I have this exact same issue with exact same market page (Continuum demo account). Was able to place trades from 1pm and disconnected at 5:15 pm EST; have not been able to get updates since.

      The behavior you described is expected as most markets are closed for the weekend. You can learn more about trading hours by visiting the relevant exchange website. For example, here are the publicly available CMEGroup's page about the ES, NQ, and GC:

          Does that mean we can't connect to the NinjaTrader Continuum/CQG datafeed until the markets re-open?

            Thank you for your post.

            No, you can connect to your account or data feed anytime that maintenance isn't being performed. While markets are closed, no new data will load in the platform. New data would only load when the markets re-open.
