Is there a way to scan for trending markets?

I'm trying to figure out how to scan for trending markets with the market analyzer for the 5 min chart. Can this be done?

Currently the Market Analyzer cell conditions and alerts do not have an option to look at the slope of indicator to determine a trend and only allows cross above, great than a specific value, etc.

First you have to mathematically define what you mean by "trending market". Once you have done that, you write an indicator to record it, and scan for the data in the Market Analyzer. "Trending market" means different things to different people: there is no universal definition.
