How to import metastock live intraday data into NT?

Thank you for the post.

Yes, it would be entirely possible to import MetaStock data in NinjaTrader.

You may do so by going to Tools->Historical Data from the Control Center.

Next, select the 'Load' tab.

Expand the 'Import' section, and choose 'MetaStock' as the format.

Make any further adjustments as necessary, then click 'Import' to select the file.

I wonder, is it possible to do so with Metastock intraday data?

Does this mean I need to import Metastock data every time I need to load updated data? or is it only once?

Intraday data is supported, and yes, if you wanted to update this data you would need to re-import it. Unfortunately there is no automated way to import this data.
