TD Ameritrade login issue

Here is the issue. It started today. All these days it was working fine.

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)

This typically means that your TD Ameritrade connection has become unauthorized. If you recreate the connection, does the symptom persist?

Here is a new login error from API, which I have not seen before and have not changed anything to setup.

Upon a second attempt, I could login.

After few minutes and several login attempts I was able to login. Right before a successful login I also tried thinkorswim platform to see if I'm able to login from ToS - I was able to login with no issues.
Just in case I use the latest NT: 8.0.21.1 64-bit

This seems to have been a temporary issue communicating with TD Ameritrade's servers which has resolved itself - I was briefly able to reproduce this symptom but now the connection is successful with no changes made.
