HELP! NT8 wont launch, open positions!

NT8 64bit Windows 10 64bit
NT crashed while i was away from PC, without any remaining popup window. Now, the program will not launch at all, it gets to loading database and then i get the NT error noise and it just closes without any information. I cannot recreate it but a window did pop up, quickly, the first time i tried to open it back up but was so fast i could not read it. It said something about objects.
Please help i have multiple open positions currently!

Got the popup

So i figured out how to launch into safe mode, and i get the popup to come up when i try to connect to my live feed. it says "Unhandled exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Please write to us at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your Log and Trace files attached. Please reference this thread in the body of your email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
