Market Analyzer Daily Average Volume Not Showing

When I add the average daily volume on the market analyzer, the column does not show any data for futures. What am I doing wrong?

Yes the connection is live. Ninjatrader Continuum is the broker.

This data should indeed appear in your Market Analyzer.

I'd like to take a look at your log & trace files, as they might give us an indication of why this data isn't listed.

- You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
- Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
- Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2567441 ATTN Manfred
