For finding information in the helpguide, unless you are looking for Ninjascript items, look under the Operations section (see attached screenshot to see the complete list of major operations sections)

As your query regards chart panels, look under the major section "Charts" (see attached screenshot to see subsections of Charts section). Under charts you would find the subsection Chart Panels which will provide the information on how to move the chart panels (to change the order/sequence of the chart panels).

The search function as you probably have observed will return all possible links which can take a while to go through to find what is needed.

Knowing how the help guide is organized will help in your ability to find the related section. In this case, you were looking for chart panels and it makes sense that it would found in the Charts section of the help guide.

In general if what you want is related to a window (control center, Superdom, chart, market analyzer, etc) then open the help guide to the Operations section then find the window of interest and drill down till you see what you are looking for.
