The NinjaTrader platform charting system is designed to adjust the data display to the appropriate ratio in order to fit all relevant values in the image. Unfortunately this can lead to extreme differences when unusually large volume and price adjustments occur.
There is not a direct way to remove this bar as it is interpreting the data provided directly from your data feed. As this particular bar is fairly close to the end of the chart display, it may be helpful to left click on the chart window and drag the image slightly to the left to move this bar just off screen. This will allow the volume indicator display to readjust to the appropriate size.
