Does NT support foreign languages on the menus? Looking for Chinese for a trader friend that I'm trying to convince to use NT.

NinjaTrader 8 has multiple languages to choose from, including Simplified Chinese. Here is how you may access those settings:

Go to the Control Center > Tools > Options > in the 'General' section, on the right-hand side you will see a setting for Language, here you can click the drop down menu and select the language you wish to use. To confirm these changes, you must restart NinjaTrader. I have included a screenshot of the discussed settings window.
