live data not working

Please forward your log and trace files by going to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

I had a support team member contact me called Luis is helping me something to do with 2 submissions one incorrect and one that was correct they both were accepted which was causing the issue we believe. Will let you know if it worked what ever he did.
