simulated data not running with "default 24x7" trading hours

Hi,
please help me figure out what is wrong - I don't see simulated data moving at all, it is Sunday 5:44pm EST, but I select "default 24x7" trading hours template - and, nothing moves!?

This happens with any instrument, any time-frame etc. What is weird is that on instruments on which I have historical data, like ES, it will show it, but will be frozen at the Friday close.

Can someone help me understand what is wrong?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2560316" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Good news is that it is working today - so it has to do something with the "24x7" hours template as opposed to "use instruments settings"...?

Yes, I suspect that changing the template is what would resolve this item. As a note, I removed the log and trace files attachments as they contain sensitive information.
