Kientick data too slow to load

It takes up to 10 seconds to load a chart using Kinetick data - this is simply unacceptable for day trading. I bought Kinetick specifically for fast loading of data as the data from Interactive Brokers is so useless through ninjatrader.


What gives?

The time it takes a chart to load would mostly depend on the number of days it loads as well as the indicators it needs to rebuild, as such we'd like to take a closer look at this to give suggestions.

Could you please send us your trace & log files? That way we can best advise further.

To send us your trace & log files please follow the below steps:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to [email protected]
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
