Under Tools/ Hot Keys there are additions that allow Hot Keys to be added to the new labeled lines.

Or are you asking what are Hot Keys?

If so it is the ability to add a key combination to a specific drawing tool. For example "Ctrl+F12" to draw a rectangle.

We've created a add-on to accomplish this with lines:

OK - say I draw a line at 1.21


I then right click the line, properties, drop down the data line, change the value to 1.20


... it doesn't update on the chart.
