CQG Connection stopped working: wrong username/PW prompt

During the day yesterday (Tuesday, May 12, 2020) my CQG connection worked fine. At the EOD and after adding a 2nd user via AMP Futures (and also importing a new 3rd party NinjaScript Add-On which doesn't work either), I get a prompt saying:

"CQG: Invalid User Or Password (Logon failed)"

This is true for both users.

I confirmed the Usernames and Passwords work in MotiveWave v6.1.15, but the same creds don't work in NT8.

I spent 80minutes with Parallels Tech Support. They say it's the 3rd party Indi. AMP says it's NinjaTrader.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please clarify - Have you checked within the connection that the credentials are still there? In other words, do you see your username and the hidden password if you edit your connection? Here is an example:

What happens if you configure the connection again?

Other than the message you're quoting, are there any other messages or errors in the log tab of the Control Center?

Not sure how this happened, but "demo" got checked. I don't remember doing it, especially as I deleted it and reconfigured the CQG user multiple times.

Problem solved and feeling sheepish.

The it's-one-button rule got me.
