PnL Display missing

Hello,
on some instruments NT8 never shows the PnL bar.
Please see the attached picture.
Chart Trade is on.

The issue on affect real money orders. On simulated orders it works fine.

What this appears to indicate is that you're not in a position. If you view the Positions tab of the Control Center, do you see an FDXM position? Here is an example:

It also looks like you're trading to an Interactive Brokers account. Is that correct? If so, what version of TWS/Gateway are you using?

You also use the phrase 'some instruments' which leads me to believe that this occurs on other instruments. What other instruments specifically?
